Physiotherapy exercises

This website contains physiotherapy exercises for people with spinal cord injuries (and other neurological conditions) and has just been updated and renewed.

The EXISTING features of the website are:

1. one can search from over 500 images (and accompanying text) for exercises appropriate for people with different types of neurological conditions

2. one can compile selected exercises into booklets to give to patients

The NEW features of the website include:

1. it is much quicker

2. we have added 150 exercises for kids with traumatic brain injury (now 500 exercises for SCI and TBI)

3. one can edit/change the text of exercises on-line

4. one can export booklets to word for formatting (only available with word 2000 or better)

5. one can format exercise booklets on-line with a more user-friendly interface

6. there is now a full Norwegian version (thanks to our Norwegian colleagues - Vivien Jorgensen and Pia Wedege)

7. one can email exercises booklets to colleagues or patients

8. one can add your own logos to your exercises booklets
